The Power Hours. EMF Radiations. And Cancer.

The hours of replenishing the energy, restoring peace, and reconnecting the most powerful entities of our massive system, the heart, mind and soul.

One of my recent browsing landed me towards a research that needs the most heed in this point of time. In 1980, fewer than 3% of people had a cell phone. Today, almost 100% of people carry one on their bodies every waking moment of the day. Cancer is on the rise, but can we directly attribute this to our beloved smart phones and wifi routers? EMF radiation from modern technology is preventing our bodies from curing cancer by inhibiting the release of our pineal gland’s life-saving hormone, melatonin!

Melatonin secretes only at night because that’s when our brain repairs all the cells in the body. Each day, our body loses half a billion cells. At night, our body replaces them through a process of cell mitosis. Free radicals are created as a byproduct of this cell mitosis. These free radical cells attack healthy cells. It is universally agreed that the free radical cell is the major factor in cancer. Our body’s best defense against them is melatonin.

Melatonin is considered by the medical world to be an oncostatic agent (meaning it protects against cancer) and it controls the sleep/wake cycle so that you get a good nights sleep. It’s an anti-aging molecule that leaves your skin younger and it mops up cancer cells while you sleep. Win-win… if you’re producing it!

Cutums, born in a tech age, is definitely under the influence of this tech network. I don’t ask you, or him to break the chain, but I do believe in disconnecting from this devised network for a while. Oftener than often. The only way to disconnect is to switch off all your devices that send/receive signals and hibernate in the lap of mother nature. Breathe in. Breathe out. Expel the toxicity out of your system and surrender in the arms of mother nature.

Avocado-Banana Smoothie – The Powerhouse

THIS SOOTHIE SMOOTHIE is a powerhouse, satisfying breakfast, tropical tasting drink to jumpstart a summerish day, densely rich in nutrients and not to forget the best part, easy-peezy!

Dump everything in the blender. Simply blend them together. And there you are good to go! I used three bananas and an avocado for 2.5 glasses of milk.

Health Benefits of Avocado:

Alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and oleic acid are key fats provided by avocado. Avocados are a good source of pantothenic acid, dietary fiber, vitamin K, copper, folate, vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin E, and vitamin C. It is known to relieve arthritis symptoms, promotes weight loss, lowers cholesterol, improves heart health and reduces eye related problems. It is also known to reduce the risk of certain cancers.
